Honestly the most exceptional experience I have ever had at any car rental place and by far the Best of the Enterprises in the greater Boston area I've been too. Edward was amazing from start to finish and had me in and out of there in 20 mins. I normally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to renting cars there's always some issue or technicality. For instance the Dedham location of Enterprise the night before canceled my reservation (and took my rewards points). They politely called but to say they were sold out?! Anyhow back to Norwood, I felt at complete ease once I arrived, all covid protocols were being followed and I was greeted by Edward, who promised me no matter what he would get me on the road fast which he did. He was honestly so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help me, manage his employees and the flow of customers at the same time. I will 10000% be back thanks to Edward's amazing customer service! 9/22 - another rental, another great rental experience, no issues, exceptional customer service per usual!

My experience has been the best From Courtney Alex and shamar and the crew that pick me up at home for the rental super 100 porcent tho I would like to see more employees do to every time I call no one answer phone you need to hire someone just for the phone since this is a busy location and you want to keep customer happy and satisfied but they try there best at all times thank you

I have been an Enterprise Plus member for a decade, and a previous customer of this location many times without incident. However, my experienced at this location yesterday was beyond unacceptable and still difficult to quite understand and make peace with. Unfortunately I am not clear on the staff member's name with whom I had such a regrettably nasty encounter with. However, she was a black woman with long dread locks. She completed lacked any sense of professionalism, as evidenced by her disrespectful, distasteful tone and delivery in communication. I believe that every customer in that office at the time was struck by this woman's behavior! I remain very disheartened by the lack of acknowledgement and effort to address this matter by Manager, Alex. In fact- Alex informed me "If you're really going to call Corporate please tell them to staff my location." "I haven't had a lunch break in four months!" At this time I am waiting for a call back from a Regional Manager, as I contacted Corporate yesterday directly following this incident. I am also following-up with my Auto Insurance company around this. It is also imperative to note: Alex walked me to a vehicle promptly. Despite his staff member informing that there were no vehicles, and "You can either leave or wait!" He, himself did not do a walk through of the exterior of the car with me, and provided no other guidance in regards to the vehicle. Sorrowful service all around yesterday! 9/9/22: Two days since I’ve contacted Corporate. I continue to wait for the courtesy of a call back. I have also emailed care@enterprise and have yet to receive the courtesy of a response. Horrible!!

I have not had a transponder in all of the cars I have rented. I have found it to be rare actually, to have a transponder in their rentals.
