Server was nice. Not many choices on the Buffett for the money. Food that was on the buffett had flies sworming around. Would not recommend. I gave it a 2 because our server was nice and our drinks stayed full.

We were seated and handed dirty menus with syrup on them. We asked for new ones and explained why and again were handed dirty ones from the same server. She blamed first shift; who says that to a customer!? No knives or spoons are wrapped; you get two forks when seated LOL SMH Fruit in buffet was sour. Buffet was over priced for selection and quality of food offered. Steak was charred and dry. Burger was charred and dry. Mac and cheese was mush. Didn’t get fries with my burger even though menu says it comes with fries. After a 8 hour day driving on the road we just ate our food cause we didn’t have time to ask for new food. This location makes me think that management don’t care so why should the employees!? Poor training all the way around here.

I went in for a interview. The male manager told me I had the job so I went back the next day to start work. A lady employee took me to the kitchen to begin. A woman manager starts yelling at us and escorts us out of the kitchen and I told her I was hired by a male manager. She looked me up and down and said no dress paints is allowed and the dress shirt was not allowed and I told her the male manager gave me the shirt and he was going to order me more. She said I was not on her schedule and she said we don't hire on Friday the 13th. She said we will call you back. Nobody called me back she just didn't want me working there. It's a shame to treat people like that. For her to be a manager she's not professional and no way to treat people like that. She should be ashamed of herself. 😡

The buffet was quite expensive for what is offered: $13.99 per person - two adults and 2 teenagers ages 13 and 14 Fish and chicken, no BBQ, no steak, no meatloaf or many other meat options Desserts are limited and no cookies, cakes, brownies, puddings, etc OR ice cream machines The food was fresh but... some of the potatoes were dried out and had lumps in them and the ones on the left side of the buffet near the salad bar were fresh, but overall, that is probably because the potatoes were sitting there awhile which could happen from that and people not wanting mashed potatoes. The waitress was kinda unfriendly and our silverware took 5 minutes to get to the table, we had to wait 5 more minutes on drinks as the workers talked when our drinks became empty. Overall,  a 3 out of 5, not awesome, but if they had more options for food options, it wouldn't be too bad for the price, otherwise, I'l take my business to golden corral which has more offerings for about 1 to 2 dollars more in Richmond, Kentucky. The workers at Golden Corral are more friendly too, waitresses were fast at responding to my table prior there and are helpful if I need help with anything like a Golden Corral To-Go order which they helped me with prior for my oldest daughter that is 14. :) 3 out of 5 stars
