The workers were here on time and finished laying the floor on time but they didn't have enough: 1/4 round came back next morning to finish but really laid it sloppy We called and they sent another person came but didn't bring any 1/4 round you called and asked how thing went and told you it hasn't been good They ask for pictures sent them and no response . Please someone call us Thank your in advance.

Stay away from these liars! We had carpet installed and were up-sold on the "pet proof" padding underneath because it supposedly had a waterproof barrier that would prevent urine from soaking down into the pad and smelling. Well, after three professional cleanings the smell still remains, and the urine stain is visible with a black light. We filed a warranty claim because we were assured that after one year if we had any issues they would make things right, but our claim was denied because they claim our coverage is only for visible stains, not odors. Take my experience as a warning, and avoid this uncaring company. Go with someone local instead who will actually honor their word.
