Bought a refrigerator from Lowes had a delivery date about four days later the delivery people arrived and tried to get the refrigerator up the stairs to the kitchen they had trouble getting it past the stairs railings tore a piece of the railing off. Said the refrigerator was to big to get up the stairs and left without telling me what I needed to do call Lowes couldn't get a person on the phone so called customer care waited about another 20 minutes. They told me the delivery manager would call me back two days later still no call. So my wife and I drove to Lowes picked out another refrigerator talked to the night manager they said sorry and would delivery the other refrigerator in four day my wife took off work the sent her a text tell her that they would be there between 9 to 1 around 5 30 pm no delivery called Lowes they told me the delivery crew quit and they were trying to get someone else and they would call me back . They never called I had to call them back they told me it would be another 6 days before they could deliver it. Very poor customer service. Have all ready paid for a refrigerator I don't have. Beware of Lowes delivery because is something dose happen good luck hereing fome them. Lowes Peters road Knoxville tn.
