I really was hoping to have a great experience as a first time Cadillac purchaser but the service at Great Neck has been less than satisfactory. I understand some things are out of their control like the chip shortage but what is in their control is communication. For the past 6 months there has been zero proactive contact since my order and any time I ask for an update I am lied to about delivery time (more than 3 times now). I have tried to escalate my concerns to a manager but sadly they are just as hard to get into contact with. I have called 3 days in a row and every time the receptionist tells me that John or Michelle will call me back. Well, that still hasn’t happened. It’s clear once you make a purchase Cadillac doesn’t care about its customers. You would think they would try extra hard to retain new customers with todays market. I am very disappointed and am about to cancel my order and find a dealership that treats me with respect. What a major disappointment! If you are in the market for a Cadillac avoid this dealership!

Many thanks to Laura Sadano for her kind help, and after 6 months of waiting, I successfully received my ideal Escalade. The car buying process is transparent and there are no hidden side items like other dealerships. While waiting for the car, Laura also recommends other existing cars to me from time to time. Also thanks again to the garbage dealership Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph in NJ, without them I couldn't have come to North Bay Cadillac to find Laura and buy my favorite car.

LAURA SADANO at North Bay Cadillac is one of the best Sales Consultant you could get anywhere. She is resourceful and delicated to find the vehicle you really wanted, gives good advices and looks out for you in every way possible! She is very responsive despite being very busy as she is one of the top! Very pleasant to work with and has a sense of humor. In this crazy market, she was able to find the Escalade we wanted, it was a rarer color combo for the top trim, and it's like hitting the jackpot. The North Bay Cadillac is definitely one of the best GM dealers, everyone there is pleasant and professional, and most importantly, do not play tricky dealer games, you are in good hands with this dealership. Highly recommend them for your future purchases! Ask for LAURA if you want a Cadillac, especially the hot Escalade, she will not disappoint you!
