This is a horrible company to work for you (as a patient). They were very unprofessional, ignorant and testy with me as a client. They worked for me, I didn't work for them and that's how they treated me and talked to me. Also they made accusations to me of things that I supposedly did, however, I never did as such. Their just impossible to deal wih no communication within the company not with client to company. Find another company!

This is one of the worst health care agencies I’ve come across. I had an aid come in to care for my 87 year old mother with dementia in the evening so I could get some sleep (my mom was staying up all night). This aid physically picked my mother up & threw her in her bed. The company was notified & could care less about what you say

I am currently employed with Neighborly. The DCW are so passionate, hard working and committed to their Clients. Many times they stop by their Clients on their days off just to check in on them. The love and care they provide is heart warming. The Clients are kind, appreciative and a joy to work for. I enjoy my daily interactions with them.
