Rude as could be when i called. I guess i interrupted her facebook posting. Asked bout lime product availability and got cut off, "we are an aggregate company" with an attitude. I responded, well i am on the MM site and you have Lime products is one of 9 main products on the webpage. Repeated response more rude and condescending "we are an aggregate company, we sell rocks". I know what aggregate is and i have bought literally hundreds of tons from that plant and your site Products tab has "magnesia chemicals and lime" and i am looking for quick lime and you were zero help and rude in addition. Not the person you should have answer the phone. Simply responding that your plant doesnt sell lime would suffice and a decent customer rep would offer up what location sells bulk lime since your corporate page list it a primary product. MM is the wal-mart of material supplu and gives the same type lacky customer service and care that you get from a big box store.
