Excellent service first of all. I was assisted from the time I stepped through the door. I explained what I was looking for. Then, the representative walked me to several locations to choose what I liked. That's the kind of service that keeps the doors open. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience. Secondly, the quality and style of the merchandise is superb. Will shop there again and refer them to others.

Extremely unprofessional. The staff will look directly in your eyes when you enter the store and will not greet you, ask if you need help finding anything; they fail to acknowledge your existence. Well at least that was my experience. They literally walk around and ignore you. On the day that I visited this location, the store staff consisted of at least 5 white females middle aged and older and a black male, a little younger in age, who stood at the front counter with his head down and also didn’t utter a word to me. Two of the women were at the register discussing one going to get food and asking if they wanted anything back. By this time, I had been walking around the store for at least 20 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging me. This store has horrible customer service and I cannot fathom spending my money at such an establishment where their employees will ignore customers, make customers feel unwelcome and never say hello or ask if any assistance is needed. I picked up a few items that I was considering to purchase but after the awful lack of concern from the staff, I put it back. I will NOT return. I expected better and especially given the price point of some of their items, I truly expected top notch customer service.

I’ve purchased a couple of furnitures and kitchen items from Crate & Barrel to furnish my new house. But not everytime I felt this way. Today, I visited the store to buy a knife set. But I felt very disappointed with the staffs’ limited knowledge about the knife sets that I was asking about and unprofessional demeanour. Especially, the woman who wears glasses with short hair was very rude to answer my questions. She treated me differently from the one behind me. I don’t understand why the store positions such a rude and professional staff work there.
