ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY THEM TO DAMAGE YOUR TRUCK. This shop is the worst. Held my truck for 3 weeks and broke my windshield. My truck is in worse shape than I dropped it off in (the shop busted up my windshield) and they sent me a $2k bill. They held the truck for over 3 weeks for a check engine light and then I pay my bill and pick it up and the windshield is broken!!!!! Costs me 3 weeks of a rental truck and now more to get my windshield repaired.

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Don’t order any parts from here. They are a disgrace to the Gabrielle Truck company. The one is Long Island is way much better and professional as how most stores operate. If you don’t want problems, don’t go to this bronx store.

Worse costumer service. In this heatwave, their store does not provide air conditioning. People are dying from heatwaves and they don't care about how hot and humid inside the store is. In addition, there is no line for people who ordered online and made the payment online 3 months ago. They make you wait with the rest of the people who are there at the store to purchase parts, which is not usual for gabrielli truck stores because I been to Queens and Long Island stores which have a separate window for picking up parts for costumers who made the payment 3 months ago like myself. Moreover, I ordered 2 interior Volvo curtains which was processed by Peter Santana who is forgetful and irresponsible when it comes to online orders. I had to call him and bothering him to ask about the status of my order and he would continuously say that he will call me tomorrow and that the curtains will be at the store tomorrow. But never called me or updated me with the status of my order which I paid 3 months ago. Overall, don't order from this store and don't go there if you want to have a respectful and comfortable costumer experience. They literally don't care about your complains and they are very unprofessional when it comes to phone calls or orders. They will take your money easily but will give you hard time to return your money for the item you never received.
