I accidentally had a small payment kicked back because i used the wrong account by mistake but immediately resolved it and they locked me from being able to make card or bank payments and I have no way of making my payment because I can't go in person or do a money order and apparently it can't be resolved unless I'm in person which is a trash system I immediately fixed it after I realized but that doesn't matter because they received the kickback after I made another payment to fix it so no idea what to do, a card payment is automatic its the same as cash but whatever stupid system. Never heard of a business making it impossible to receive payment.

Water services through Augusta Utility is absolutely terrible. Inconsistent bills with spikes in usage during months when the home was vacant and they provide the same answer with no help. I have zero trust and confidence that they provide honest service to homes that they cover. 0/10, stay away.
