The worse dss office ever. I’ve been out of work 3 weeks and they still haven’t put my ebt on my card! 2 young kids in my home yet they are worried about my income prior to going on leave! This office has failed me as a working American citizen! I can only imagine how many families this has happened to. The absolute worst

I don't think that's possible. You'll have to call and make inquiry. Even stolen credit cards takes about a few days to replace.
When I was there a week ago they said they were closed because of covid-19
I believe they are closed for Veteran's Day.
