Unprofessional. This place is unable to properly manage schedules. Upon my arrival I was asked to come back in 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment. I would not recommend this place.

Went here for the first time, absolutely loved it. The staff were so welcoming and kind. What I liked here vs other spas is they really take their time to get a sense of what you’re looking for/explain what they’re doing throughout the service. Went for brow waxing and a manicure, and I will be back!

I am very disappointed by this salon. I was really looking forward to get my hair done at JJ salon. On the 25t of April 2022 I went in for a consultation to get my hair done. They looked at my hair, and the manager told me that they won’t be able to do my hair cause I have alopecia, and they don’t deal with relaxed hair, only natural. Prior to that I relaxed my hair a month ago, almost two months. I went to a dermatologist to get a consultation, and she confirmed that I don’t have alopecia. They bold spot on my head could be stress related or postpartum😑. I was angry and disappointed cause I already shaved my head bald, cause I thought I had alopecia. Not only did they misdiagnosed me, but they made me scared and worried. I really don’t understand how someone can just tell another person they have alopecia by just looking at their head. I am honestly disappointed. I made a typing error. The consultation that was scheduled on the 21st of April, I did go to which I paid for in cash. The manager did see me and another employee, and your manager told me I had alopecia, that’s why she can’t do my hair. All the other appointments I did cancel, cause I had to work. I honestly don’t care that you blocked me, can you also block me from your mailing list. You are a terrible business for misdiagnosing people, especially if you’re not qualified to do so.
