Terrible office. If you can, find a better doctors office. I have been calling for the past week, not exaggerating, and NO ONE answers the phone. Multiple times a day I will call and leave a voicemail and never a single returned call. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I go in there’s always someone at the front for the most part, so I don’t understand why no one is answering the phone. At this point I have to go to the hospital because I can’t get my own doctors office to help me and I’m not driving all the way over there to not be seen. They need a better system.

The treatment of patients is horrible, at the reception they do not answer the phone, it is very inconsiderate to have to go in person just to change an appointment, especially if you have small children. I mentioned to the Dr. that she wanted to link me and she never sent the document so that the process could be carried out. His lack of professionalism cannot be compared, when I arrived at the hospital there was no record in the system.
