The apartments are reasonably priced. They also have a transition side for no income Families! The walls are thin so you will be in everyone's business and they will be in yours! There is food for lunch and dinner for transition and people with children! A small park! Daycare and pediatric services! A lot of residents who live here are unstable. There is a lot of support but at a BIG expense to the residents conscience. You will have to come down to get tour guests! Only one guest at a time! No visitors after 11 for the apartments! I think this is asinine for people who gave to pay rent to be under such strict rules! I feel like I'm living in a halfway house.

Ty is very rude and nasty.It would be a nice place to live if the staff Monica,Diane,and ty learn how to talk to the residents.If it wasn't for the residents living here they wouldn't have a paycheck.Ty is very nasty he don't know how to talk to people ignorant as ever.This makes ppl not even want to live here.please deal with the staff being rude and nasty toned.Also pest control haven't sprayed my home in 3 months they skip my unit Everytime.When I asked Ty about pest control coming to my unit he was very nonchalant and rude and haven't came yet.This.is my.first year living.here.Ive never been treated so badly in my life until I came here
