I asked for menu recommendations, explaining that I could not do spicy. I was told that any of the traditional Cajun dishes could be made very mild. I took their advice and ordered chicken etouffee, very mild. I waited over an hour and a half for my entree. I took one bite and my mouth was on fire. I tried to take a second bite of chicken only, to at least see if I could at least tolerate the protein. Still blazing hot. I was told I would be getting a discount for the wait. I left the essentially untouched entree and went to pay, explaining that I had requested very mild, and my mouth was on fire. They said they would give me a discount due to the spice. I had water, a $6 appetizer, and an $11 entree. My "discount" total, which should have been 2 discounts, one for wait, and one for spice, was still $18. Won't be back. The one positive complement I can give is that the young hostess was exceptional.

I accidentally found this place and it was a welcome surprise. Cajun food in southern Indiana! Will be back. Gumbo was very good.

Excellent value - crawfish and etouffee were outstanding. This was our first time, but we will be back

To be honest this is the best restaurant I've ever ate at. Good job guys. If it wasn't for COVID you guys would be unstoppable. But why Tell City the drive is too far. Will come again and soon . #team Gwen
