If your hungry dont stop here. Went in at 1230pm and grabbed a cheeseburger. On the outside the burger seemed soft and enticing, when u go to bite into it its burt to a crisp and very hard. Cashiers constantly playing on thier phone. I'm surprised this place actually exists with the lack of care or management at this location. Worst exxon/711 i have ever been too.

Not sure what the problem is but ever since 7-Eleven took on the Exxon brand they sure don't like to keep their water buckets either filled or if they do have water in it it's very dirty and they need to be changed. this seems to be a system-wide failure therefore I'm going to call out 7-Eleven on this because it seems to be a top-down problem. In other words corporate, who i have dealt with before, never even responded for 3 months the last time I complained about the wash buckets being empty. They just closed my case three months later without even a call back or any other resolution. They assumed it was handled.

One of the best gems on Midlothian tnpk.Friendly staff, well stocked, very clean. Just changed to 7-11 branding which has increased inventory options. Great Place!!!
