My friend went through the drive through today and had an awful experience. She asked if she could use two gift cards for her purchase, as she did not have enough money on the first one. He proceeds to respond with “uhg, what a drag”. He then asks someone else and comes back to the window saying it isn’t possible. Is there one brain cell being shared among all of the employees? Really disappointing. 😂

Just came through this drive thru. Not only is my order completely wrong, but it tastes horrible. The bread and pickles are stale. The burger is wrong. The fries are a sorry joke. I normally come here over McDonalds but today that would have been an improvement.

Gave us old fries. We asked for a large onion rings and got a small with 4 in the box. Gave us the wrong burgers with nothing on it even though we asked for mayo, ketchup and lettuce and tomato. Also we said no pickles and I got 5 on my burger. With prices going up it would be nice to get what we paid for.

Went inside today to purchase an ice cream cake. I found a cake, it was marked Traditional and priced at $21.99. I took it to the counter and the cashier rang it up and informed me that it was $26.99. I said, what about the fact it’s marked $21.99? She said it’s marked wrong, the cake is $26.99. I was having family over for dinner and the kids wanted ice cream cake so I said okay but if I was anywhere else but here I would have won this argument. She clearly didn’t care…. I hope they don’t mind losing another customer. This store has totally gone downhill! Sad to see that L-town might end up losing another business due to poor customer service.
