I would like to thank the owner Don for working with me the last 2.5 years! I know it wasn’t easy 😂 we had some work to do on my vehicle, but let me tell you all…my jeep was worked on a number of times, and his team made sure I was taken care of the entire time until the bitter sweet end. Family auto can help
Nope, they won't trade unless you have had it 18+ months. I know from experience with them. They will send you to the shop multiple times until the problem is fixed $100 each time. Our entire car has been replaced under the hood and I do mean everything (Motor, Transmission, Belts, Pulleys, Alternator...literally it all!
I'm not sure but I would never advise anyone to purchase a car from these people "Family Auto".
