My mother and I drove to this place and we were told that we would have to get our transmission fixed and since my mother paid, I estimate it was about $1,000-$1,200 for the reparation. We were promise it would be fixed quickly as well. Two weeks in, we tried to get the car back but the owner told my mother that his wife got sick so he was hesitant to return it (I hope she feels better). A week later, my mother tells me that out of all the problems the car had, it had barely been worked on and that there was more problems and it was just a big complication(If I am wrong correct me). My mother wanted a full refund but the owner said that he will give her a price soon (as of now he has not told her). I needed the car to be fixed because I have siblings to take to school and I’m starting college. I just wish people would own up to their mistakes because I was really hoping for good service but ended up with this chaos.
