Dr Jenkins has been my dermatologist for a number of years now. I followed her from her previous practice at Atrius Health. I am very happy I did so. Dr Jenkins is a very compassionate professional.

Dr Patel knew what I had right away. She offered a few things to help keep my condition at bay. So glad I took this last minute appointment.

Dermatology Associates, LLC | Sep 16, 2022

The only way to confirm if you have skin cancer is to make an appointment with a dermatologist. However, there are some signs you can watch out for at home. The warning signs of skin cancer include any skin lesions that increase in size; changes in color, texture, or outlines; a new mole that appears after age 21; a lesion that is bleeding, excessively dry, has pus, or is scabbed; and a mole/lesion that has irregular or jagged borders. Most skin cancers are caused by overexposure to the sun. If you notice any of the above, it is important that you seek medical care as soon as possible.
