Terrible experience. I had ordered a one month supply of Clariti contacts and then decided to order a full year supply. They let me order them, I paid for them, and then when they arrived I realized it was a different brand. When I went to the store to find out more they tried to tell me “they are the same ones” but a different box, and cheaper… but that they just did it to save me money. I was not told up front they would be ordering a different brand and then they pressured me to try and keep them anyways. When I asked for a refund they acted like I was being unreasonable and then I had to wait in the store for 30 min before they would even provide me proof that I had returned the wrong contacts. I will never be back.

I had such a wonderful time going for my vision appointment at this location. The paperwork was easy and they had prefilled it for me since I have them all my insurance information before hand. The doctor was so nice, she had the best attitude! After I picked out my glasses and mt insurance covered all of it but $10 for ray bands, took about an hour in total but I felt very comfortable taking my time to look at all of the different styles of glasses. Thank you Narragansett Visionworks Team!
