I came through the drive-thru with a screaming baby, and tired kids, after a 2+ hour trip, and the lady that took my order was so patient and understanding. Thank you!

The staff was terrific. The food was not. The "original chicken sandwich" is more chicken burger than chicken. Its consistency reminded me of moist, chicke-flavored sawdust. Some of the fries were undercooked and cold. The coke was good, but it came from another store.

I waited in line for 10 minutes, charged for 4 sandwiches and only received 3, asked for a diet coke but received a regular coke, and the food was cold. I think it's time for new employees and manager!

While Hurricane Florence catfished Chesapeake, Va, I was out trying to find breakfast for the family (Hubby, our 6 kids, 2 German Shepards and myself). I did not realize how hard it would be. Multiple breakfast spots were closed and one did not have enough to feed us. We gave this Burger King a shot (close to home, but 1st time visiting) We went through the drive thru and were told they did not have enough biscuits. Instead, they went over and beyond by putting some on croissant's. Granted, we did order 14 biscuits and hash browns, but the wait was not bad at all. Everyone working had a smile on their face and were nice. This has been our best experience at any Burger King!
