I’ve generally had decent experiences with Best Buy. However, this evening I went to buy update two phones on my existing plan and was refused service. I came in the other night for over an hour and spoke to a helpful young man who gave me info which I took home to research. I returned tonight and waited in the phone area for quite a while. The woman walked by several times and finally asked what I needed and when I said I was there to buy two new phones she and the manager said we don’t do that after 7:30. It was 7:37 at this point and I’d been in the store waiting for help a while. I was told to come back during the day- I work abs see patients all day, that’s not exactly feasible. Really poor customer service considering this was my second trip, I knew I exactly what I needed and was ready to purchase. I’ll happily go spend $2000 somewhere else. Worst and rudest experience I’ve had at Best Buy. A few extra minutes to help a customer who was waiting before the “cut-off” time shouldn’t be that big of an inconvenience.

The last two times I was at this store, I had a terrible shopping experience. I used the Best Buy app to utilize curbside pickup: neither time did it work. Both times, I waited a long duration of time in my car, yet nobody ever came to me. As a result I had to go inside the store both times to find a deserted “Store Pickup” table with nobody there. After waiting in the usual checkout line I was able to get my order, but if you want to use the COVID precaution of curbside at this store, don’t expect it. Just drive a few miles down the road to the Best Buy at Southpoint Durham. That store has much better customer experience.

Customer service is good, kinda felt ignored at first but they helped get the best thing for what I was going for. Only thing is that the cable to the item I bought was sold separately, and I wasn't fully aware of that, but in all reality it was my fault for not asking about it. And people that work at Best Buy seem to know what they're working with, so you can get specific and they'll have an answer for it. At least I got the important part, and I know what I need now.

They have a great selection of audio video products. The greeters are always friendly and helpful. Ebony is one of the managers and she always has a positive attitude.

I am nearly positive that they are only doing website pick up. However, depending on what county they are in my day may have opened up more. I would call the store and ask to be sure
I'm not sure, you may have to go through the Apple store for that.
They have a good variety of wall and TV stand brackets, may have to check local stores for specific bracket availability.

Stores may vary depending on location and how many in stock. If they sell a lot it may be higher but if it's sitting it's probably cheaper. I know the best buy by me its like $299 For The 1tb version with a game.
