But somehow I feel as if this is the place to be even though I lived all over the place Phillipsburg called me back . probably for punishment for all the bad stuff I did as a kid sort of pentenance .lol .

Years. Months turned into years one year, then two , goes fast. Three in a half years of excuses so I moved to a better area with smarter kinder people. I requested a bungalow in 2015 and they tried to put me in some senior old people building of jerms , so I said no it made them skip my name to out of towners while I lived in my car waiting.

The rent is calculated by income or flat max rate of you have a slightly higher income. Rent includes utilities- once a year expense during A/C season
