Brad was the tech. He arrived on time, was clean, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the issue right away and discussed options with me. He was not a creep, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing (unlike another company I had that took my $ and didn't fix anything). The pricing was fair. If all their techs are the same caliber, I would recommend this company.
