This place is awesome! It was very well organized, clean, and the employees were super friendly!

A bit disappointing, everything looked like more of the same.

Great inventory and a few good staff (Remy!). If you show up too close to close be ready to deal with a lot of attitude though. I stood in line for 20 mins waiting for the manager after the buyer asked her for help. I've worked at this location and understand the bs the workers have to deal with but I only had one bag and am never a hassle because I understand. Not treating regular customers with dignity and respect reflects poorly on the people who work here and foster the reputation of snobbery of stores like this. I've been to Buffalo's across the country and the New York stores are the most inhospitable.

I have never seen roller skates for sale at Buffalo Exchange. They have always had shoes, but I've never seen roller skates. However, I will say that habitual visits to the establishment will increase your chances of possibly finding items that are purchased quickly upon going on sale. You may wish to call to inquire specifically about the roller skates possibility.
Yes and yes( you either get cash or store credit; cash payout is less than store credit). But go to their website and READ about the percentage you will receive, in exchange for the clothes. It may not be as cost effective as you think.
They're fair but I would wait till it gets colder before bringing in your winter wear. The more in season something is the more they offer. The Chelsea and East village location pay better for furs and leather.
Must wear masks at all time
You'll have to bring it in.
There is no children's section.

Be aware that Buffalo Exchange buys clothes that are for the up coming season. For example, they will primarily be buying winter items right now and they don't take clothes that are overly flashy like jeans with rips and tears, overly acid washed, or sequin.
