The people in best buys usually treat me with disrespect and look at me like I'm wasting their time even though I only go in if I intend to buy something. Their employees usually lack social skills and are hard to talk to.

In need of a new phone, I first visited t mobile to buy it. My experience was horrible. I then visited Verizon with even worse treatment, then reluctantly I went to best buy. I was treated warmly, and the phone guy was knowledgeable and very helpful. He really went out of his way to help me. Yes, in the end I bought the phone I wanted. I really can't praise Best Buy enough.

#StopAsianHate I was in the Best Buy store in Hixson Tennessee today trying to return a projector. An employee Leevi helped me but told me that there’s a restocking fee. I was not informed about the restocking fee when I made the purchase. Then a manager Christy came over and told me that there was nothing she could do for me. She said that I should have signed for the restocking fee twice before I made the purchase. But this was an online order for in-store pick up so I wasn’t aware or have any knowledge of the restocking fee policy. After a few minutes, that manger told me that the restocking fee policy would have been on my order confirmation email. I showed her the email but there was no restocking fee stated. Then she told me again that there was nothing she can do for me and if I wanted to have all my restocking fees waived, I would have to buy the totaltech membership for $199.99. I felt that I was treated differently due to my Asian descent and I let the manager know that. She then said: “you’re pulling the race card?” And: “you can get out the store now.” When she called 911, she gave a description of me as an Asian man. She told the operator that I may have a weapon. I was in shorts and tshirt so you can clearly see that I don’t have any weapons on me. I was a police officer in Virginia so I know you can’t just throw me out of the store because you don’t want to help me due to my race. The manager told the officers to ban me from this store. I didn’t threaten anyone nor have any weapons on me. This is discrimination to the next level. If Best Buy is OK with this behavior then just let me know so my family and I can shop somewhere else where we don’t get treated differently due to our race.

Good selection of everything you need. I always check Amazon however for a better price and it's usually 50/50 on whose cheaper. For as small of a store however they definitely carry pretty much everything I may need same day.

Possibly. They have a small desk at the entrance currently. It always has someone at it. I would just walk up and wait to be helped and see if they can do it.
I just called and after several minutes on hold she said they don't repair them. I don't know who would either. Sorry!

Opened video games fall under the same copyright laws that opened movies would. If its defective you can exchange for the same item but there's no option to get a refund for an opened one.

They have several laptops to choose from. Nor knowing which one you are referring to as too sensitive, I cannot tell if one they have would be better or worse.
This item is not currently available in store but can be ordered online at Best Buy's web site and delivered to your home or to Best Buy for pickup. From what I can tell it appears this item will only be available online for the foreseeable future (for Best Buy at least).
