Doctors refuse to give my dog prescription on the same day bad service all the one it’s to charge you

The staff here are so amazing and kind! My dog had a severe allergic reaction, and they took her right in and treated her immediately. Dr. Ragbeer was so sweet and put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. I also received a follow up message which I appreciated so much. Thank you guys again!

From the moment you walk into the clean, bright facility you feel welcome! The staff is incredible, friendly, and just the best. I have been taking my dog Fabo there since he was a puppy , over ten years now. Dr. Kugler is the best in town. She really cares and takes her time with each patient and family. She listens to all issues and is very helpful, not a lot of Dr's take the time to listen. Honestly DR.Kim Kugler has to be the nicest most caring Vet we have ever met. Her team is amazing from Kathy, and the rest of the staff upfront and in back. I can't leave out Terri the Manager. She is fantastic always willing to help and very caring. I won't take our dog anywhere else. We have 100 percent confidence in VCA Rock Creek. Everyone there is amazing.

What a freaking cash crab this place is. On my visit, they asked me to bring a fecal sample, to which they diagnosed my pet with an illness. They said they would follow up, and never did, leaving me completely in the dark. Eventually after about a month, I decided to call them, and they asked me to bring another sample. On that follow up visit, neither the vets or technicians remembered his name or our circumstances, but were so quick to slap me with a $300 bill. Now, they call me and tell me they lost the second fecal sample I provided, so I am still left with answers and unsure if my pet is still ill or not. I will not be back, and for anyone considering taking their pet here, I recommend doing further research and finding a veterinarian who actually cares about your pet.
