Everyone is very nice and they give a very thorough eye exam. However, they will show you the prescription numbers while you are in with the Dr. but if you don’t remember them then they charge $50 to take your prescription home with you. They even do this to you if you are visiting for pain in your eye and have paid your $60 deductible 6 times in just a few months. I wouldn’t care if it was my first visit and they made me pay the $50 to take my prescription with me but I’ve been multiple times, Dr.’s never figured out the issue, and I bought glasses with them. I just want to know what my prescription is and they won’t even tell me. EDIT: Veronica (who has always been kind and very helpful) called me and was able to send me the prescription details in multiple ways and said I had already paid for it when I bought the glasses with them. I am leaving the review at 4 stars. The people there are great.

Hollywood Eye Institute and Dr. Greenbaum are amazing! Every experience I have had there has been efficient and professional as well as kind and compassionate. From the moment you arrive and the front desk staff greet you to the medical assistants, surgical coordinator and optometrist and of course Dr Greenbaum who care for your medical needs, everyone is fantastic! I have had everything from a routine eye exam to surgery and all procedure are thorough and thoughtful. I have had wonderful results and have recommended friends with no reservations!
