Stayed here at Rich Inn in Crewe, Va., Mother's Day weekend at $95.00 a night it was horrible. First thing non-smoking room was so filled with the strong smell of smoke. The desk clerk didn't offer to change room but did give me a can of Lysol to freshen the air.. Second thing left room the next day to return about 4:30 in the evening to an uncleaned room. Nothing has been done. Desk clerk did come to bring fresh towels which looked terrible and colors faded out also took out trash. Yes this is a small town but if you're going to charge these type prices services need much improvement. The only way I'll stay here again would have to be an emergency that's for sure. Love this little city but I'll think twice before coming back. One tourist and family down.

The rooms are older but very clean. Pleasant staff. Room was priced higher than what is advertised.

Loved it here stayed for a week no complaints really only thing I didn't like is they didn't have new room keys ordered yet so people that work here had to keep letting me in my room whenever I left and came back other than that I like it if they had monthly rates I'd probably would have stayed the whole month oh and I wish the restaurant was open but unfortunately they are closed permanently the staff are awesome and really friendly and relax they don't have breakfast they so have coffee I'd definitely stay here again though because it's fairly priced and clean unlike the cheap motels I stayed at in Petersburg. Lol oh by the way they DO NOT have bed bugs that is a lie I was sketchy about them having bugs from the reviews I saw on here but once I got into my room I knew that person was lying because they are really clean rooms and smelled clean and fresh sheets and towels I highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay that's cheap stay at the Rich Inn it's definitely worth it . Thank you Rich Inn for a comfy cozy relaxing stay I'll be back again for sure
