We purchased a new home and worked closely with Cindy the community manager and her staff. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. The community is very peaceful and the residents are super friendly. The maintenance staff is very helpful and polite.The city of Groveland is beautiful. The home we purchased was manufactured by Skyline. We had a few minor issues that you would expect from a new home. The Skyline service team came right out and took care of all the problems promptly. So far it has been a wonderful experience and would recommend this community. Thank you Cindy and your team !!!!
