We prefer to use a truckmounted system and we do have a portable unit that is strong enough to clean tile when we get an occasional job to clean a high rise.
We ask to please have room to bring in equipment without any obstruction from the driveway to the front door. If we need to move furniture please have any breakable items temporarily relocated if possible. We love pets and want to make sure they don't get out accidentally gaining access into your home.
Typically they are dry in 2-4 hours. Some variables might be there are contaminants that needed extra moisture to flush them out throughly, plush or thick fiber types, and protector applications are applied after the cleaning process.
