Red Lobster is Red Lobster. You can count on those wonderful biscuits, good food and fast service. However, when friends and I visited the Wayne Rd location yesterday, employees went above and beyond for us. We had several special requests due to someone with special needs in our party of four. The young ladies up front seated us in a quiet more dimly lit area as we asked. The manager turned down the music for us. And our waiter, Michael, was amazing. When our special needs companion had to take a box home with most of her dinner, Michael added extra food and biscuits for her. Our Red Lobster experience was wonderful yesterday.

You wear masks, stand 6 feet apart while signing in, and you wait in your vehicle until you get notified. You wear your masks to the table and when you leave it. The waitess wears a mask at all times.
