Wonderful customer service. I have been happy with the Insignia brand appliances purchased and delivered through Best Buy. The delivery and installation service is the best that I have had and I just got the basic delivery.

I had a long negative review planned but I'm too sick and tired of dealing with Best Buy Westland. I have spent a lot of money at that store and all I ask for is reasonable honest customer service. However this store and one particular manager named Ashley are totally incapable of that. They protect their own even when they are dead wrong and flat out lying to the customer. One geek squad member installed a cheap imitation spreadsheet app on my brand new tablet and then refused to delete it off of there. I never gave him permission to install it in the first place. I had to ask someone else to Uninstall it. I had an appointment last Thursday at 1:00 to install Microsoft office on my tablet but neither one of them was there . When I first bought my tablet I was told by one of the salesman that Microsoft office already came on my tablet. I found that to be untrue and had to pay $69.99 to download it. Another lie. I rest my case. Do not do business with this store please go elsewhere.

I had to return an air fryer that I purchased online because it arrived damaged. I easily exchanged it at the store for another model, no waiting in line or need to ship it back! Was able to cook with it the same day! Air Fryer’s are the best, highly recommend the Best Buy brand!

New TVs are around $200 just buy a new one. If you pay a bit more for a nicer model it might last longer the. 3 years
Must wear mask, social distancing, curbside pickup. Disinfectant located around the store.
I'd do curbside pickup they are very fast and organized when it comes to that stuff. Plus your not waiting for the thing to be shipped and worry about it being damaged.

What do you mean it flooded? If it was a flood that ruined your washer machine that's not a manufacturer warrantied issue. Most manufacturers have a 1 year warranty, if you purchased additional warranty then maybe.

Not sure. Did you purchase the Geek Squad protection? If so, as long as you're within the 2 years, they will switch them out for a brand new pair or an upgrade.
They stopped making them ...check salvation army or a pawn shop

Absolutely not true at the westland store in Michigan.
Remember that Best Buy will match price on items sold by Amazon, the item must be sold by Amazon and not 3rd party
