Rudy and his family have brought a little bit of México to New Hudson and I love it. It’s not authentic chilango street tacos style, but it’s not supposed to be. It’s a better version of the Mexican food we know and love. We’ve made it a regular stop on my family’s rotation and look forward to it every time. Plus, they added outdoor seating in a really tight space to try and accommodate everyone during the pandemic. I can’t wait for their bar to open next door! Salud!
