I went there for job application, however, manager Tim mentioned that he needs someone who has big muscles to lift the tent for pop up since I'm deaf female and he should have explained to my job agency about position what he gonna hiring the position. I already informed my job agency and my vocational rehabilitation agency office about this. 🙁

We rented Chiavari chairs, white chairs, tables, dance floor, cocktail tables and tents. The dance floor came apart just 2 hours after it was put up, very bad quality, they came and picked it up before the wedding even started. The Chiavari chairs were NOT First quality instead we received dirty, stained ones. We spent over $2000 and we are extremely disappointed with this company.

Very rarely anymore do companies attempt to fix major and minor errors on their part. Beautiful Moments did this and more. There were issues that crept up before and during the set up of the tents/tables etc...Not only did they send people out right away to fix it, but acknowledged that there were issues on their part instead of blame shifting. Some problems were within their control, but most were not. I highly recommend them to anyone as they are true professionals. Jim and Kim Heruth
