My 1 star review joins many others. I’ve made the decision to switch my primary care provider away from this place because of horrible service. The scariest thing is they can even get a simple prescription correct, and not 1, not 2, but 3 times submitted the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. Each year for my annual physical they’ve done less and less. Their physical is a joke. They won’t refill a prescription without seeing you within 6 months. If I could leave no stars I would.

I talked to the back of a person staring at a computer. The person answered my question with a mm-ahuh, which I think meant yes. I did get a face to face contact when I was told to come back in 8 weeks. Front staff is rude, but I probably would be too if I worked there. ISO a new primary.
