My mother was just released from the hospital. Very much in pain and not feeling good. Had an entire hour before closing and we were turned around it told to wait and pick up in the morning. that’s ridiculous!!! So she should suffer all night because your too lazy to fill a prescription!!! Well deserved 1 star review!!!

I visited this Walgreen's location on December 24th because I was having difficulty getting my 70yrs old mother's pain medication filled. On the 23rd not only did the local location on Bob Wallace not have enough to fill her script, I sat in the parking lot & phoned 12 different pharmacies in 1 1/2hrs & no one had them or could fill them without filling another script with them (which she didn't have). My mom missed 4 doses of meds she's been for years. Next day I pleaded my situation with Janice at this location. She took time on a very busy day & made a way to get my mother her meds. It cost us over $60 in cab fair. I waited for an hour n a half (masked up) inside. Every employee that I saw was working very well & constantly to serve all customers. They were all multitasking very successfully. Thank you all but thank you Janice mostly. Y'all were Christmas angels! God Bless you all

Very understaffed been waiting on my meds for three days when they have known for months!Went down to The other store and got filled and a flue shot very professional and a whole lot less aggravating! I will never go to this Walgreens again or in another life!Horrible !!!

Went to ask for recommendations the pharmacist did not know or never heard about fordyce spots the other employees were also rude and could not help me.
