Went last Tuesday to inquire about fixing my beloved Dell All in One desktop. The previous day lightning hit her and I had been up all night exhausted, trying to fix her myself. To no avail. I figured she was dead. I was so stressed out. I had so much important information and files on my baby. It was my fault I didn't backup! Duh! Well. Let me tell you I am the most skeptical person on the planet when it comes to trusting anyone with my personal info. After visiting AYCS and meeting the gracious owner Mr. Siddiqui, I felt a calm feeling. He is so professional, and he put my mind at ease instantly, even though I asked him a lot of questions, he was so patient and explained everything so clearly. I brought my baby into this wonderful tech doctor later the same day. By 1pm the next day his lovely associate called to tell me my baby was ready to be picked up! I At such a reasonable price he was able to bring my baby back to life!!!!! I am so thankful that I followed my gut and let this wonderful team fix my baby! She is back up and running, and I am so relieved. He also managed to save some very important files for me. Thank you, Sir! Thank you, Sam and Douglas, for your excellent customer service, expertise and trust. I highly recommend this wonderful business run by caring and trustworthy professionals! Thank You!

I sent my gaming PC in here after having some issues I just wasn't in the mood to figure out. I was given nothing but total honesty and consistent communication. When they heard I briefly had an issue with my mouse after taking it home, they wanted me to bring it back right away, though thankfully it was nothing. I cannot be more grateful for the exceptional service that I was given by Mr. Douglas and Mr. Sam. Thank you both for your great help.
