The 30 days I spent there felt like a year. Rehabilitation was nonexistent and limited to about 15 minutes per day, which included the time that I left my room and Traverse the parking lot to get to the gym and the time back. The food, well I thought they were going to the dumpsters over at HCA and bringing that. Correction that might’ve tasted better. The only thing that gave me satisfaction while I was at this center was not Sign in your resentment of my complaint for precious. Although they misdiagnosed and completely missed my sister passing kidney stones and her severe pneumonia, From Taz, the Director of Nursing to Chantal, nurse, Jodie, Kevin the Physical Therapists, Stacey, Dr. Roben (Incorrect spelling) the Psychiatrists, Joe the Doctor from the Berringer group, the other very capable staff, Housekeepers, Receptionist, this facility is organized, so kind to the patients provide great entertainment to keep the patients happy from Bingo, Pianist, activities of all kind, this is just a step up to the care of ones who are in need.

This place I was told was sold. It was a nightmare. No communication. In our opinion physical therapy leaves alot to be desired. No updates from staff. Rude behavior from social services. Administrator does not return calls. No orders given to remove staples or sling from inhouse physician. I was told that I had to order the transportation to take pt home and that I would have to pay for it. Not true. Nightmare. Never again.
