Called to see if they could repair my audio amp for my surround sound and they said they don't work on them. Might want to take off you repair audio and video stuff on your website.

The service department was amazing! Even though they didn't give me the answer I wanted, my TV parts were not going to be cheap... I decided not to fix my old TV, but purchased a bigger one. They not only credited what I paid for service, they delivered my new one and hooked in my stereo. Nice to know I can call later to have it hung in wall. Waiting for my husband to get home... hoping he likes it!!

Took a flat screen in here lighting hit my cable line and it broke my tv ps3 and my modem and usb line said it was broken going to be like 300 to 400 bucks to fix. They told me it’s not worth fixing you can just leave. I said no way I’ll pick it up I had vacation from work so I went on u tube and ordered two boards from eBay one for 40 one for 52 used static free gloves changed out the boards and boom tv works like day one. Not happy with them they need to be honest I get making money but be fair. I do not recommend them. I’m not happy with how they treat customers. They will say the boards I bought were used you can find certify boards online. It took me like 45 mins to fix my own tv with eBay parts. Crazy

Questions & Answers

I have an infinity powered subwoofer that appears to have a broken ground on the input card. Is that something you could fix?

Robert, it sounds like an easy fix, but would first need a tech to look it over to verify that is what the problem is, and what is needed to make the repairs. We charge a 45.00 diagnostic fee for this, which will apply to the cost of the repair. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at (352)245-2183. Thank you, John.

We have a 43" VIZIO TV that we are unable to turn-on or turn-off or increase or decrease the sound via the Xfinity remote. What could the problem be and "if" not a simple fix, how much would you estimate it would cost to repair it? - Sam

Attn: John, I'm sorry I didn't respond to you sooner; however, I appreciated your prompt response and the information that you provided. Never-the-less without knowing how much it would cost to diagnosis the problem ($75), plus the cost of the parts to make the necessary repairs on our 43" VIZIO TV that is now 7-1/2 years old, we have decided to simply replace it for approximately $4-500+/-. Bob's TV comes highly recommended and we appreciated your feedback response. - Sam E. Williams - The Villages, FL

My Vizio tv is flicking on & off. What is causing this? Is it difficult to fix?

This is a difficult question to answer as there are several issues that can cause this problem, and no one in particular is more prevalent than another. The only way to be certain is to have the set looked at by a technician, and he can give a diagnosis based on testing the various circuits. This will also provide the answer to the difficulty of repair. We do offer this service, if you would like more details, please contact the repair center at (352)245-2183, thank you for the inquiry, John.

Have a Vizio model E60-C3 flat screen, that's lost it's briteness, increasing the briteness has no effect. Can it be repaired?

Should I bring it in? And if it can't be fixed what's the charge for the diagnostic?
