TRY TO CONTACT SAFEGARD AMERICA AND IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEB SIDE WENT TO THE ADDRESS AND DOSN'T EXIT I THINK IS A CAMM TRY TO CANCEL MY SERVICE DONT KNOW HOW IF ANY ONE KNOW HOW PLEASE TELL ME

SAEGUARD AMERICA IS THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. They will not send a copy of my contract. My contract ended in 2017. I wrote to cancel prior to the date. They told me my contract expired on 2022 but will not supply a contract for proof. The representative I’m assigned to named Amanda continually hangs up on me when I call to ask for my contract. I was told” when you sell your house, supply is with the name of the new buyer and your contract will end.

Very disappointed with the customer service. They never provided the security service they agreed to provide. I do not feel obligated to continue the contract so I sent a letter to discontinue service. Now they threaten to send the account to collections if I don’t pay the balance of the contract. Don’t get scammed by these contract hunters, it is a terrible business model.

Crooks! Scheduled people to come fix my system several different times, two years later I'm still waiting with a system that doesn't work. Got behind in my payments and they made me a deal to pay the back payments at a discount, it included another 60mos contract I can't get out of!!

You should do both and you should write a letter as well they'll tell you can cancel anytime but that's not true we're still going through a fight with Safeguard they do not care about their customers we sent certified letters we vote the president of the company as well as operations manager and no one has responded but yet we continue to get bills even after they told us to just write a letter and cancel the service
