This has to got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Moved to the Orlando area in April and have been going to this location since then almost every week . And it never fails . The foods messed up or missing or just horrible around . And to top it off to be met over the drive thru mic to a very rude individual. It’s not just one it’s almost the entire night shift . They have nasty attitude and 0 customer service skills . And mind you since when do you get pressured when your ordering . I got asked if that was it after one meal and still had more to order . Over heard another employee saying “ oh my god they want everything . That’s completely rude first off . Then to have the girl at the drive in look at my husband and say don’t look at me like that I did not take your order . I’ll be calling corporate.

Been coming to this location for a few months now and had one good experience during the day just got food there tonight and customer service is really poor someone new started are order and the manager took over when I got done with my order I clearly hear someone in the back ground say oh my god they want everything I was over it when paying for are food the lady that took my payment said don’t look at me like that I didn’t take your order in disbelief of the customer service I asked who and she told me her manager if that’s the way your manager runs the late night shift I will go out my way for better service really disappointed and will not return to this location

They almost never have the stuff you want to order, and even if they do their system is always going down so you pull up and try to order and they tell you they can’t take your order. Plus the people here are super rude

I went last night and paid with a credit card and the cashier charged my card for my food and someone else's. I've been trying to reach them and the line has been busy last night and all day today. Also I asked for supreme and I got no tomatoes or sour cream 😐 😕
