Do not come here I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I just came tonight waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me I cant order more than 5 items and they are only accepting cash. They do not read back the menu even though they are clearly confused when a order is placed. I will not be dining here again. Worse part is when you get in the line there is no way out so your stuck even if you decide to get nothing.

Edit 9/15/22. Against my better judgement, tried this location again tonight. Was told at 8:45pm that they were closed because nobody showed up to work their shift. I get that this stuff happens but it’s seriously every time I go. Why is this the only location with these issues? This is the worst location, literally heed all of our warnings and do yourself a favor. Find another location. The staff is rude and incompetent, I’ve never had an interaction with a friendly person here. Like, if you’re that mad about being at work find a new job. I worked at Taco Bell for three years, this job just isn’t that hard. Whoever does the ordering needs to be fired. Every single time I come here they are “out of something”. One time I came and they were out of large lids so the lady wouldn’t give me a drink. At all. I said I paid for it and she told me she couldn’t give me a drink without a lid. Another time they were out of every type of Mountain Dew. Today it was large drinks. The kiosk should have the ability to take away items you can’t make so we don’t buy them. I was given a small drink instead and no refund- and no apology. Another time I showed up in the middle of the day and they told me they were CLOSED because of tech issues. I just can’t wrap my head around how bad this location is being run. Which is a shame because it’s brand new and looks great. I have maybe a few more tries here then I will purposely drive to a location further away.

CUSTOMERS SAVE YOUR LATE NIGHT CRAVINGS FOR ANOTHER LOCATION. Not open until 4a - Two nights in a row I've come here at 320a and they refuse to serve any food, even basic tacos. Staff says they "never stay open past 3a, I don't know why the [taco bell] app or Google says that." Placed a mobile order tonight, hoping I'd get service, but alas - nothing. The staff didn't even have the audacity to cancel my order. I drove there only for a staff member to point at the sticker at the window that says 7a-3a or LATER. I thought this new build would be a great addition but the late night service sucks. Order # 996358
