I recently purchased an acoustic electric Yamaha from this store and was amazed by the customer service, the attention and the help that I received from Yuki. While I was in the store I mentioned having an old Ibanez RG 570 that I wanted to have restored to working order. I was introduced to Dylan and he told me it would be no problem. I picked the guitar up today and was blown away at the job that Dylan has done. He brought an old friend back to life. He went out of his way to find parts and fix issues and mistakes that I had made while trying to work on the guitar myself. I haven't played this guitar since college at least 12-15 years ago. I now have my axe back. If you want a guitar go here, and if you need one cleaned up or fixed, ASK FOR DYLAN. He made me very happy and a customer for life.

Outstanding quick service! I brought in my guitar and asked if I could have someone fix it. Dylan got hold of it and started working on it immediately. I've never seen anyone fix a wiring issue and replacing rotary knob that fast. I'll be coming back for sure~

Beaverton Portland Music company is the instrument store me and my partner prefer to deal with. We are always very pleased with the service all of the associates there provide and the other day Dylan really hoked me up! I went in there with a particular need for my Bass guitar and even though they were extremely short handed and were advised not to take on any repairs that day, Dylan took the time out to make the adjustments I needed and ensure that I was ready to jam when I walked out the door. He also taught me how to restring my bass like a pro!

Took my bass 2x12 cabinet in for a rewire need, my inputs were shot and the connections were weak. Dylan set me up! His service was fast, professional and he did the repair on the spot!
