Yes we do.

We do have navel oranges. We have multiple greenhouses and keep hundreds of trees in stock year round. Best to come out and take a look.

They had some last week when I was there! All my milkweed has come from them and I've had 3 rounds of caterpillars since Spring :-)

Not in zone 9, nematodes kill them, they have a huge selection of sizes for myrtles though which look pretty close even if they don't smell as awesome as lilacs.
