Brandon was patient and helped me find what worked best for my project. I'd never been in there before so we had to play the "do you have this, we'll do you have that game." The Ash boards the guys picked for me were perfectly within the spec I asked for. For a home builder like me that's super important; a bad board can double the cost of a project. The pre-finished birch ply I got looks great too. The driver was patient too and we got him unloaded as fast we could. Overall A+. Hood is my new source for plywood and whatever hardwoods they stock.
