Went to this Wendy's yesterday and it took almost 30 minutes to get three frosties. When the drive through window opened the smell that came out was so atrocious I can still smell it now. Like a grease trap and rotten milk had a horrific love child. The workers were also very short and rude. Luckily we were only getting frosties I can't imagine eating anything there.

That was a horrible experience I asked for a second and the person had an attitude. I pulled up to the next window and he basically threw all the food at me. Then I asked for two spoons and he said “THEY COME IN THE BAG” then rolled his eyes. I didnt even want wendys and I never want to go again after that. Then he had me pull up and didnt give me my card. I was waiting then he came out and FORGOT MY LEMONADE. I just asked for it and another worker got it for me. When I finally got the food it looked awful. If I could give this no stars I would.

One person in drive thru, no one inside and it took 15 minutes to get two small frosties, after being at the delivery window. Do they make the ice-cream there ?

Made an online order more than an hour before they closed, I pull up to the drive thru and all the lights are off and the workers are hiding at 7:15pm. I pull up anyways and get someone at the drive thru thankfully. Told them I was picking up an online order and she tells me to pull to the second window. She tells me they are “out” of frosties and I say that’s okay, and then the girl working the window tells the kitchen workers that they have an online order and they start getting angry and asking how big the order was. She told them it was a couple kids meals and another meal and they start yelling out angrily and cursing me out thinking I wasn’t listening. Mind you this is 45 minutes before they even close. I felt embarrassed that I even had ordered food here because of this ridiculous outburst by a couple of lazy workers. The girl working the window was very pleasant and nice but the people working in the back were very rude and lazy. The main person throwing a fit was a very large white woman with red hair. Do your job. This is probably going to make me contact the manager in the morning because the reaction was unwarranted and way out of line. I didn’t get refunded for the damn frosty that was in the online order either. Never returning to this location ever, and I kind of hope it closes down to be honest.
