So happy to have met Brandon from this branch. He assisted us in getting the military discount for my father-in-law. He was patient, kind and so soft spoken. He empathized with me for the awful experience I had with the online chat and Raz, CSR from Verizon. Brandon apologized and said it should not be this difficult to fix. No, store only deals with Wireless service. You can pay your FiOS bill in the store using a pay kiosk, but they have no access to your FiOS account.
