Floor is well marked and there is ample space between marks. The employees are behind a screen like a penalty box and are wearing masks. They do a exceptional job adhering to covid protocols. Also the place is handicap friendly.
I was just recently there having my service switched over to them, and im 100% sure the people in front of me were making payments.
This location does not handle fios equipment returns. However, the store in Providence, 579 Atwells avenue, DOES accept returns, and has a PHENOMENALLY helpful staff!
